This is an extremely involved process and usually takes one to two days of initial consultation ON SITE; interviews with employees, and complete review of financials.
All will be confidential and no data will be released to anyone, including insiders without your consent.
Each business is different but typically we start with; company wide, anonymous questionnaires on a wide variety of subjects involving sales, managements styles of mid level management, data sharing, customer service, project involvement from all levels, company morale, and opinions on how each person in your organization feel they are contributing to your success.
You would be suprised how many great ideas come from lower level employees as well as how much money can be saved just by listening to employees working in the trenches.
Once all data is collected we will write the proposal on how to correct any issues: increase sales, decrease costs and show you the ROI vs the cost of implementing these new processes.
We will not just tell you what is wrong but we will actually show you how to fix it and do it quickly.
