1. Has produced some revenues...of any kind.
2. Possess a company that has the potential grow in excess of $10 million to $100 million or beyond.
3. Has a well written business plan, financial projections, bank / cash flow statements. (If you do not have this Street Level can assist in writing a plan and financials for you.)
4. Is in need of $5 million or more.
5. Can provide a Use-of-Funds pro-forma.
