Michael Gilbert
Chief Solutions Officer, Lead Analyst
Michael Gilbert has long been involved in starting and operating small businesses, having started 12 successful ventures since 1991. In 1998, Mr. Gilbert developed an online-ordering software application for traditional and wide-format printing, which has since become the industry standard for online ordering systems. Mr. Gilbert has had significant sales success throughout his career.
He has also helped several companies exceed $100 million in revenue. Mr. Gilbert has held titles of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Director of Operations, Operations Manager, Sales Manager and Senior Sales Consultant.
Michael serves as the visionary for the company, directs sales and identifies target markets for entry. Mr. Gilbert has worked with or consulted for Kinko's, C2Media.com, ATEK Solutions and NexLink Communications (Motorola's first Rural deployment of the Canopy), and consulted for over 120 other start-up ventures.
In 2004, Mr. Gilbert founded Street Smart Foundation; a not-for-profit foundation that assists less-fortunate individuals obtain an education and, after a three-year record of solid employment, the opportunity to start their own business under the guidance of local-area company CEOs and other executives.
Paul Myer

Paul Myer is a successful, multifaceted, highly diversified executive who has an extensive background in acquisitions and start-ups. For 26 years, Mr. Myer has been involved in the marketing and distribution of consumer products and business services.
He has successfully started and grown five separate businesses; all to in excess of $100 million dollars; as well as acquired and sold several others.
Diane Simmons
Chief Financial Officer, Interim CFO
Ms. Simmons was chosen to lead the initial effort as she has extensive experience with start-up companies, and the challenges they face.Ms. Simmons began her career with thirteen years in institutional finance. She worked in foreign currency trading (Bank of the Southwest, Houston, TX) and moved into stockbrokerage sales and Initial Public Offerings at Boettcher & Company (Denver, CO; leading second-tier brokerage firm).
In 1991, she returned to Texas to manage equity portfolios for a small mutual fund and later developed her own portfolio of trust department funds from seven privately owned banks in North Texas.
Ray Wilczynski
Executive Vice President Business Development
Mr. Wilczynski managed similar functions at Genuity, Inc. (Dallas, TX, 2000 - 2003) and GTE Service Corporation (Irving, TX, 1998 - 2000). His business development skills range from driving key strategic sales, developing product consortiums (partners, vendors, strategic suppliers) and product management in the telecommunications and technology industries.
He started his career with GTE in Irving in 1987, and worked in various GTE companies in Seattle, Atlanta and Tampa prior to returning to Texas in 1998. He has worked in all aspects of the communications industry: wireless, systems integration, service development, business development and strategic alliance management.
Ray is experienced in cross-functional teaming, defining and meeting performance goals and requirements, contract negotiation and conflict resolution. He is a hands-on team player with proven expertise in voice and data communications, information technologies, VoIP, DSL, Wi-Fi, mobility, e-commerce, VOD, IT consulting, cellular/fixed wireless and network operations. The management focus of Mr. Wilczynski's career is equally balanced with his technical knowledge.
He remains a Certified Engineer staying current with his certificate education and testing. Ray is a B.S. graduate in Business Administration from City University in Bellevue, Washington.
Joy Gilbert
Senior Vice President - Customer Service
Joy was the 3rd employee hired and helped take a company from start-up to $300 million in 28 months. She worked with 120,000 independent sales reps in four countries (U.S., Mexico, Hong Kong, and the U.K.).
She started and ran the 24-hour call center for those four countries in seven languages - all within two years. She wrote the company handbook, developed extensive training programs that were used company wide and was the key employee for growth.
Joy also worked for Hyatt Hotels for six years. While there, Gallup Polls conducted a survey of the top customer service executives in the country and ranked Ms. Gilbert as one of the Top 10 Customer Service Professionals in the nation. She has extensive experience in the Health Care industry and was employed by McKesson, a Fortune 16, (formerly ivpcare - a start up) and was responsible for the operations during a merger between OTN and ivpcare prior to McKesson acquiring OGN.
Joy graduated from the University of Denver with a B.A. in Business.
Kevin Seitz
Chief Marketing Officer
For nearly two decades, Kevin has been creating results-oriented, award-winning, visual communications and marketing solutions for companies in the Rocky Mountain region and nationally. With a degree in graphic design from Colorado State University, Kevin has held staff and senior design positions with a number of renowned design and advertising agencies in Denver, Colorado, a design director position with IBM Corporation in Boulder, Colorado, and most recently, Vice President of Creative Services for Boulder, Colorado-based start-up publisher of national consumer and business periodicals.
For more than 15 years, Kevin has acted as principal of his own design agency, providing a wide range of electronic and print media services to the health care, technology, communications and consumer products/services industries, primarily in the small business sectors.
Von Best
Executive Board Member
Von Best was Chief Executive Officer, founder and owner of ivpcare.com, a $125 million specialty pharmaceutical start up in Frisco, Texas. Mr. Best achieved finalist status in Ernst and Young's Entrepreneur of the Year; award, in 1998 and 1999, and has won the Dallas 100 award three years running. ivpcare was sold to OTN in 2006 for almost $100 million. He is an astute negotiator and deal-maker in sales and M&A's, all of which have contributed to the enormous growth and success of ivpcare.com.
Mr. Best now consults and is involved in multi-family acquisitions and real estate investments.
